First: booking and entry conditions

The amount paid is for admission only, it is non-refundable

Bookings are not subject to modification or cancellation after confirmation

Please adhere to the specified booking time

The reservation is considered canceled after (30) minutes of the specified time, without the right of refund

Admission for children under (2) years is free

Your attendance at this event constitutes your consent to the possibility of being included in visual documentation that may be published on social media channels for purposes related to the event

Second: general instructions inside the site

It is forbidden to enter food and beverages from outside the event site

Smoking is allowed in designated areas only

Please adhere to public taste and respect the privacy of other visitors

All instructions of the organization and guidance team must be adhered to within the site

Fourth: safety and preservation of the farm

It is forbidden to pick crops, tamper with or damage plantings outside the places intended for picking

The visitor is responsible for his personal safety while walking around the farm

Please pay attention while walking in agricultural areas and open paths

The event management is not responsible for lost or abandoned items

The event management is not responsible for any injuries resulting from non-compliance with the guidelines

Fifth: photography and behavior

Only personal photography is allowed

Commercial or professional photography is prohibited without prior permission from the event management.

The event management has the right to expel any visitor who violates the regulations or disturbs the public order, without refunding the amount paid.

Personal Property

The Restaurant or Café management is not responsible for the loss or damage to any of the personal property inside the area, as well as the cars that were parked in the public parking by the visitor, and bears full responsibility for them.

Sixth: organization and operation

The event management has the right to modify or stop any experiment or temporarily close some areas or oases for organizational or operational reasons.

The event is held at an outdoor location, and some experiences may be affected by weather conditions.

No refunds are required due to changing weather conditions

Reservation modification policy

You can only increase the number of guests on your reservation or change the time and date of the reservation 48 hours before the date of your reservation by contacting customer service - and your request will be implemented if the required modifications are available.

‏Please note that the reservation can be amended according to the Possibility or Availability and based on the terms and conditions mentioned previously, noting that the modification can be made to the same Café or restaurant that is reserved only, and it is not possible to modify from one restaurant to another or from one Café to another cafe.

Please note that when the reservation price is increased, the modification will not be confirmed until the payment is completed for the new price

Please note that when the reservation amount is modified to a lower value, the difference amount will be deposited in the customer's wallet in the application(If the reservation is modified). As the refund process cannot be done on part of the value of the paid amount. And the paid amount cannot be transferred
